Restocking & Return Fees

• 20% Restocking Fee: Applied to any unopened items returned in their original condition and packaging.
• 30% Inspection & Repacking Fee: Applied to any opened items or those not returned in original packaging or condition.
• Shipping Costs: Any original postage/shipping charges are non-refundable in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

Definition of "Engine"

The term engine refers strictly to the cylinder head, engine block, and all internal components such as pistons, camshaft, etc. Any ancillaries (e.g., water pump, cambelt) included with the engine are supplied free of charge and are not covered under warranty. Gaskets and oil seals are also not covered.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers parts only. It does not include:

• Labour charges.
• Faults caused by incorrect installation.
• Any tampering or dismantling of the part (e.g., broken seals, taken apart).

Engine Supply Policy

• A request for a "complete engine" refers to the head, block, and sump only.
• Ancillaries are not included unless specifically requested and may be sold separately.
• Any ancillaries left on the engine are supplied free of charge and are not covered.

Installation Requirements

All engines and gearboxes must be installed with a new timing belt/cam belt/chain and new oil. Failure to follow this process will void the warranty.

Tampering or Mark Removal

All parts are marked with our company stamp or initials. Any removal or alteration of these marks will invalidate the warranty.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns will be accepted only after inspection.
• We will refund the cost of the part only, not labour charges.
• The buyer must ensure all parts are correct before fitting.
• Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase date
• Buyer must pay for return postage

Delivery Inspection

• All goods must be inspected on delivery.
• If damaged, do not sign, refuse the delivery and contact us within 48 hours.
• Signing as "received in good condition" waives our liability for any transit damage.
• Comments like "unchecked" or "unexamined" are not valid.

Gearboxes & Transmission Units

All transmission components (e.g., gearboxes, transfer boxes, differentials) must be filled with new oil upon installation. Failure to do so will void the warranty.

Legal Ownership & Agreement

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Ownership of goods remains with us until full cleared payment is received.
