Please note we buy and sell stock from abandoned storage units, some items may have warehouse dust smell or previous owners could of been pet owners or smokers so we advise all second hand items especially clothing to be washed/cleaned before use. Please inspect photos carefully and if you have any questions please ask us before purchasing.

We will always aim to do the best to resolve any issues. We will only pay the return delivery costs if the item was delivered wrong or it is faulty.
Returns
The returns process must be started within 30 days of your initial order. We ask all items that are returned to us be wrapped in outer material (brown paper, plastic, clear wrap, black wrap or anything similar) complete with original packaging.
Any items that are damaged or have parts and accessories missing will be subject to a re-stocking fee or in some cases even rejected.
Please ensure you contact us before returning the item to obtain a returns reference. You must also ensure you include your name, eBay ID, and the reason for the return; it will speed up the refund process.
Refunds are processed with the same payment method as the original purchase.
Domestic Shipping
We provide delivery for Free, using Royal Mail Tracked 48 OR DPD next day, on all of our UK orders, as long as you complete your order before 2pm (Monday - Friday, Excluding Bank holidays).
International customers please note : Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
