International Buyers (Please Read) - Items under the value of £500 are sent via Royal Mail International Signed Tracked
Items over £500 are sent via Fed Ex.

We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Items will be declared accurately and in accordance with UK export laws.

Items must be sent back in condition received without being used.
UK Buyers
Domestic UK Returns MUST be sent via insured tracked delivery (eg Royal Mail Special Delivery), with the correct value of insurance, payable by customer. We cannot insure against loss of returned parcels to us if an untracked method is used and does not have the adequate level of insurance.
Once return is received we will check all items have come back complete with any gift boxes and have a fast check of the item. Following this your refund will be processed on eBay.

Please note that returns are the responsibility of the customer, including any return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
When returning an item, kindly mark the package clearly as: "Return of sample merchandise, origin UK". This helps prevent unnecessary customs charges upon re-entry into the UK.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us. It is important that all returned items are properly labelled as returned goods, as failure to do so may result in additional import duties or charges. Any such charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.
