The marks appear to be as follows:

A crowned harp: Dublin, Ireland, Sterling

A seated queen: Hibernia (Ireland)

MK: probably the silversmith

Q: the date. Which for Irish sterling would probably be 1811-2, 1851-2, or 1932-3
