Topcon RE-S1 can be utilized as a transmit/receive external 915+ radio with any Topcon receiver or as a stand-alone repeater to increase range between base and rover. Obstructions such as buildings, terrain, trees, etc. greatly affect the usability and range of a spread spectrum system. The RE-S1 provides radio repeater capabilities and increase the operational range and effectivity of the system in unfavorable environments.
