The Varivas Avani SS Assist Line is a premium high-performance assist braid specifically engineered for tying durable Assist Hook rigs for Jigging and Big Game fishing applications. It is designed to withstand intense battles with powerful predators such as tuna and other large pelagic species.
Constructed from a hybrid composite of Copolymer Nylon and Polyarylate (PAR) fibers, it delivers exceptional abrasion resistance, superior tensile strength, and outstanding durability under extreme pressure and heat. The PAR fiber, a high-performance engineered material comparable to Kevlar, features a high specific gravity (1.4) that enhances structural stiffness and overall reliability.
The hollow core construction allows professional rigging using a specialized needle, while its carefully balanced moderate elasticity reduces line trouble and improves hook-up efficiency.
