- Combined shipping: S&H cost of heaviest item + $3 each additional item, $4 for heavy items like shoes, jackets or big sweaters.

-Measurements are included as a courtesy & are approximate, generally to the 1/2". Make sure to allow for breathing room.
-NO RETURNS - any questions, just ask prior to purchasing! Womens sizes are NOT standard, even within a brand & pre-owned items may have shrunk. I take the time to provide measurements for every item individually so you can determine if it will fit you. It is YOUR responsibility to know your measurements & determine if an item will fit you. There are no returns for fit. Some find it helpful to compare measurements in the listing to a similar item, which currently fits you.
Measurements are taken as follows, length - from shoulder seam or center back to hem, sleeves - shoulder seam to wrist along outside of arm, bust - underarm to underarm across back & doubled, hem - side seam to side seam across back & doubled. Contact me if you have any questions.

-I do not use Febreeze & do not enclose dryer sheets in with your items. Ours is a smoke and pet free household, however I do not know the history of most items & cannot guarantee that they've never been exposed to allergens.
-all items are clean with the exception of the occasional vintage item. Also, I can no longer dry clean items, as it has become cost prohibitive. I don't sell anything that is not in pristine condition with very few exceptions. If it's not excellent, it will be noted in the description.
-Flash may be used in some photos to show details. Colors may appear "brighter" when flash is used. I do my best to describe colors accurately, but real life colors may vary, as all monitors, eyes & lighting are different. There are no returns for shade & tonal color variations!
-Items may wrinkle in shipping - this is to be expected, as the item has traveled cross country in a little plastic bag :-)
-All items, except for delicate knits, are stored hanging - they may occasionally have hanger marks on the waistband or 'ears', that will disappear after laundering.
-Note that I live in a dry climate, so despite lint rolling items, a few fuzzies may stick, especially on black items.
-"EXPEDITED shipping" is Ebay's term for Priority & Ground Advantage mail. It does NOT mean Express/Overnight Mail
