For Functionality / Compatibility Issues:
The buyer must provide continuous video evidence showing:
- The unopened LavaFire of Hawaii package as delivered and the package being opened
- Installation of the cartridge(s) into the printer and any error messages or malfunctions displayed
- Confirmation that standard troubleshooting steps did not resolve the issue (contact us for help if necessary)
- Claims submitted without video documentation may not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement.
For Expiration Date Claims:
The buyer must provide continuous video evidence showing:
- The product packaging being opened
- The expiration date clearly visible on the box
Resolution:
Once the claim is reviewed and validated, LavaFire of Hawaii will provide, at our discretion:
- Replacement cartridge(s), or
- Reimbursement / refund
We may require that you return the toner/ink cartridge to us if there is an issue prior to replacement or reimbursement.
This policy ensures fair handling of rare defects while maintaining strict quality assurance standards.
