Printer shown is used, it shows wear on its outer casing from use, but overall in good condition,  it works perfectly.  Batteries were left in it, and corroded the spring side of the battery terminal, which I cleaned up and scraped the rust as good I could.  I also opened it up to make sure all wires were intact, and no internal battery damage, it was fine.  It fires right up with batteries, don't have a power cord to test on it, but im sure a power cord will work just fine in it.  Printer comes with 2 mostly full print tapes,  a black, and a white as shown.
