The Made with Organic collection showcases DeLoach's commitment to sustainability. These
wines carry the Mendocino appellation as this region is known for leading the way in growing
organically produced wine grapes.
This wine is made from carefully selected Pinot Noir grapes grown in prestigious, organically
farmed vineyards across Mendocino County.
Select lots of Pinot Noir are blended to develop complexity before being aged in primarily
stainless-steel tanks. A small portion of the wine is aged in seasoned American oak barrels to
impart a light oak characteristic.
T A S T I N G N O T E S
This Pinot Noir has black plum, dark cherry, earl grey tea and smoky herbs on the nose. The
palate has robust tannins with dark sour cherry, pomegranate, citrus peel and hints of cocoa.
Overall, this complex wine is youthful, weighty and has a smooth tannin finish with a hint of
earthiness.
