This exceptional antique sterling silver and mother of pearl cutlery set consists of twelve knives and twelve forks. Knives are beautifully engraved with floral decoration and have plain subtly tapering rounded blades with rounded tips. The forks are also engraved. Each piece is fitted with a plain tapering, rounded mother of pearl handle.
This antique dessert cutlery set is fitted to the original hinged mahogany box with, and a satin and velvet lined interior. It does not come with a working Lock and Key.
The cover of the box is embellished with a veneered walnut panel incorporating a shield shaped vacant brass in the center.
