For US Buyers:
Under U.S. law 50 U.S.C. 1702(b)(3), it is widely understood that vinyl records, CDs, music magazines as "informational materials," remain exempt from duties, even after the end of the de minimis rule. While some sources have reported that these items may still be subject to duties based on their country of origin, the information is still conflicting.
For the time being, I will continue to ship via DDP with no extra charges on your end. Please be aware that I may need to adjust my shipping method depending on how the situation develops with customs agencies and carriers.
(Update as of October 1): At present, eBay SpeedPAK automatically adds estimated customs duties and clearance fees, so I've had to include those charges in the shipping cost.
(Added on February 28, 2026): Following the Supreme Court ruling that declared the presidential executive order unconstitutional, and the resulting revision of tariff rates, the total shipping cost has been reduced accordingly.
***For Buyers Outside the US***
No change from before. Mainly shipped via Japan Post, but depending on the region or circumstances, the order may be shipped with eBay SpeedPAK instead.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as"gifts"- US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
