Tight Tolerance PTFE — The Difference Is in the ID

Standard PTFE tubes ship with a 2mm inner diameter for 1.75mm filament — leaving 0.25mm of play. That gap allows filament to buckle inside the tube during retraction, creating jams between the tube and nozzle. This premium tube uses a tighter 1.9mm ID tolerance, eliminating that gap and reducing retraction-related jams at the source.
