• All items we sell are in hand and shipped from our warehouse in the UK.
• All items are tested and working unless specifically stated.
• We resurface discs (if needed) to get them as close to perfect as possible. Some discs may still have minor marks, but we simply don't sell heavily-scratched or unplayable discs.
• Any included DLC codes are not guaranteed to work.
• All items are genuine. We don't sell repros, and we NEVER reseal items.
• We don't use stock photos. You're buying exactly what you see in the photos.

Shipping

• We use eco-friendly recyclable cardboard/paper packaging as much as is possible. Most of our items will be wrapped in protective film sleeves to protect against dust and moisture. You don't need to ask us to pack with care. We do it anyway!
• We ship via Royal Mail or UPS and are sent with the next available daily postal collection.
• Buyers From Outside the UK: To buy multiple items, please add all items to your cart before purchasing. Postage/customs fees will automatically be combined.
