Returns

Items purchased from SPAWON OFFICIAL may be returned by carrier within 30 days from the purchase date.

✔ Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
✔ Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, including items marked as “Free Shipping.”
✔ For free shipping items, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

📦 Return Requirements

Before returning any item, the buyer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number through eBay messaging.

To qualify for a refund:

• Item must be in original packaging

• Item must be unused, uninstalled, and not disassembled

• Item must be free from damage

• All fittings and hardware must be included

We are not responsible for items during return shipping. Refunds will only be issued after the item is received, inspected, and approved.

💰 Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after inspection.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

• No exceptions.

If a replacement is needed, the buyer must purchase the replacement item first. A refund will be issued once the original item is returned and approved.

📦 Damaged Shipment Claims

• Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Damaged packages must be refused at delivery when possible.

• Claims must be submitted via eBay messaging.

• The carrier may inspect the package before approval of replacement.

🚫 Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Refused or undeliverable packages may be subject to:

• Return shipping charges

• Handling fees

• Up to 20% restocking fee

⚙️ Incorrect Orders

1️⃣ If the wrong part was ordered and you want an exchange:

• Buyer pays shipping fee.

• Replacement will be sent after communication and confirmation.

2️⃣ If the wrong part was ordered and you request a refund:

• A 20% handling fee will apply (including original shipping cost).

• If the item was installed or cannot be resold, an additional 20% depreciation fee may apply.

🔧 Leak / Quality Issue Replacement Policy

For replacement requests due to leakage issues, photos or videos are required.

Replacement charges apply as follows:

• Within 30 days → 20% fee

• 31–60 days → 40% fee

• 61–90 days → 60% fee

• 91–180 days → 75% fee

• 181–365 days → 85% fee

If no valid photo or video evidence is provided, or if false claims are made, we reserve the right to deny the request.

Warranty

1️⃣ Product Craftsmanship Notice

All SPAWON aluminum radiators are 100% hand-welded.

Due to the nature of hand welding, minor cosmetic imperfections may be present. This is normal for performance aluminum radiators and does not affect functionality.

If you are expecting cosmetic standards similar to decorative products or crafts, please consider this carefully before purchasing.

2️⃣ Installation Notice

Our radiators are designed to improve cooling performance.
Some models are performance-converted versions and may have slight differences compared to original (OE) radiators.

✔ Professional installation is strongly recommended.
We are not responsible for issues caused by improper installation.

3️⃣ Return Condition Reminder

Because this is a special performance product:

• Once installed, it cannot be resold as new.

• If you decide to return the item after installation, handling fees may apply.

• Please keep the radiator uninstalled if you plan to return it.

🔧 1-Year Limited Warranty (Quality Issues Only)

We provide a 1-Year Warranty covering manufacturing quality defects only.

✔ Warranty service is for repair, not automatic replacement.
✔ Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will repair the radiator if the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.

❌ Warranty Does NOT Cover:

• Labor costs

• Installation or re-installation charges

• Diagnostic fees

• Rental vehicle expenses

• Any other related costs

Warranty returns are subject to inspection. Items showing signs of neglect, misuse, or improper installation will not be covered.

🚫 Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty will be void if:

• The radiator has been modified or altered

• Used for unintended applications

• Physical damage (collision, impact, etc.)

• Stripped connection threads

• Electrolysis damage

• Blown tanks or seams due to misuse

• External corrosion

• Improper coolant, chemicals, additives, fittings, or hardware used

• Damage caused by incorrect installation

• Core damage during installation

Accessories are NOT covered under warranty, including:

• Oil cooler accessories

• Radiator caps

• Other additional fittings

Photo or video evidence may be required for warranty claims.
We reserve the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the above conditions.
