We make every effort to accurately characterise each panel. The listing will include a note and typically a photo of any noticeable wear, tear, damage, dents, or scratches. However, please be aware that these are obviously used items and may have little, unnoticed flaws. Please give us a call if you have any questions so we can go over the goods in further depth. 

The courier delivers the items. If an item is delivered damaged, please call us at the numbers provided, and we would be pleased to assist you. 

Please enquire about delivery costs for remote areas, such as Highland and islands.

In the event that a part is supplied and proven to be incorrect or faulty, AH SPARE PARTS must be notified within 48 hours. Collection can then be arranged; if a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered.

If a customer makes a mistake with a correctly supplied item, AH SPARE PARTS must be notified right away and the part must be returned to us within seven days at the customer's expense. There will be a 20% fee and no reimbursement for delivery. We carefully package each item to guarantee a secure delivery to you. We merely impose a postal fee to offset our labour and material expenses.
