Panerai Luminor Marina PAM01048 Stainless Steel Date 40MM Men's Automatic Watch. The watch is in near-mint condition, with no visible scratches to the naked eye, but may have a few tiny scratches, visible only under close inspection. The only exception is the small scratch on the crystal above the date window. Comes in its original box, but no papers. The strap is in excellent condition, with no visible signs of wear. The automatic movement is in good working order and keeps time within standards. Fits the wrist up to 8 inches. The serial and model numbers are visible on the back of the case. The authenticity of the watch is 100% guaranteed.
All the pictures above are original photos of the actual watch. The white background was added using Photoshop for an attractive look. I do not use stock photos. What you see is what you get.

- All watches are carefully inspected prior to shipping. If you are buying a used watch, it is likely we will professionally refinish it to bring it back to the "as good as new" state.

- All warranty repairs are performed by a skilled and certified watchmaker in New York. We are not able to cover the full cost of repair if the buyer decides to fix the watch locally

Shipping & Customs
- Most items will be shipped within one business day from the date we receive cleared payment, but we reserve the right to ship within three business days. Please contact us if you require urgent shipping to ensure that we can accommodate your needs. If, for any reason, we delay shipping beyond 3 business days, we will upgrade the shipping method to compensate for the additional time. If you have already paid for priority shipping, we will issue a refund for the extra shipping cost and ship via the fastest method.
- If you need your item shipped on the same day, please contact us prior to making a purchase. We will most likely be able to ship on the same day if your payment is received before 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
- In extremely rare cases, due to circumstances beyond our control, we may experience a delay in shipping for an extended period. In such cases, we offer buyers the option of a full refund or to wait until operations return to normal.
- We do not take responsibility for shipping delays caused by FedEx or USPS.
- The buyer is responsible for paying customs fees, duties, import taxes, and related charges. Please contact your local customs office for the breakdown of the customs fees. Each country has a different customs fee structure.
- We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by customs holds or clearance issues. It is very unusual for customs to hold the package for an extended period of time, but it can happen.
- The tracking number and signature confirmation are included in all shipments. All items over $750 are shipped with signature confirmation; someone must be present to sign for the package. There is no exception to this rule; we cannot ship any items over $750 without a signature confirmation. If your purchase is less than $750 and you live in a high-risk area, please contact us after making a purchase. We will include a signature confirmation free of charge if you select USPS Priority Mail as your shipping option.
Payment
We can only accept payments via eBay checkout. Once payment is made, we can only ship to the address shown on the checkout page without any changes or modifications to that address. For all payment-related questions, please contact eBay customer support.
Sales Tax
eBay is charging sales tax for most of the United States, and new states can be added at any time. I am no longer collecting NY sales tax, and I have no control over eBay sales charges. I can not remove the sales tax from the invoice. International customers may be required to pay local taxes, which will be displayed during checkout. United States Returns
International Returns
We can not accept returns if your shipping address is located outside of the United States. We can only accept returns if the item is significantly different from what was described.
Return Rules and Exceptions: Before returning an item to us, please contact us through the eBay messaging system. All watches must be shipped to us in the exact same condition as it was received. It might not be altered in any way, the bracelet must not be adjusted, and the strap must not be cut. You cannot take out any links or open the back case of the watch. It must be returned with all accessories, boxes, papers, and other items. If returning a brand-new watch, it must be in its original, untouched condition. If the watch has a leather or rubber bracelet, you must not try it on. Once you try it on, the strap might show signs of wear. If the new watch has protective plastic on the watch case and or bracelet/strap/buckle, it must not be removed. In other words, the watch must be in exactly the brand-new condition as it was sent to you. When returning a used watch that has been worn, it will most likely have scratches on the case and/or bracelet. If this is the case, we will charge a $100 polishing/refinishing fee to restore the watch to its original state prior to shipping. This rule does not apply if you received a watch that was already scratched. Luxury Horology is not responsible for Customs fees for returned items. We will not refund those fees. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to claim those fees before shipping them back to us.
