Comes with upgraded heat sink, original cover included as well. Also comes with upgraded antennas. There is glue on the back of the camera just to keep it more water proof after upgrading the cable length for it because the grommet was hard to get back in. Damage on the camera is from a slide on concrete, doesnt affect performance. All components function perfectly.
