These are a fitted leggings with a bell-shaped, structured flare starting at the ankle. There is a stirrup strap for underneath the foot. Elastic waist band at the top.

Waist ~27.5 cm across the top (front, laid flat) and stretch comfortably to ~38 cm across
Hips ~30-31 cm across (front, laid flat)
Rise ~26 cm (bottom of the crotch seam to the top of the waistband)
