I will insist on having an engineer’s report with the model and serial number of the appliance and the technical nature of any fault.
I will not accept a return, regardless of above.
if the part is found unsuitable for your appliance, unless stated so in listing.
Fitted and found not to be the faulty part.
Fitted by an unqualified person.
Fitted and damaged by undiagnosed existing fault.
