RETURN POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: If there is an issue with your item, contact us within 3 days of receiving it. If a return is granted, the item must be returned in its original, unused/unopened, unaltered condition with all packing materials and postmarked within 14 days. If we made a mistake, we will cover the return shipping.

If you return an item different from the one we originally sold, such as by removing or swapping parts, we will report you to eBay and law enforcement AND NO RETURN SHALL BE ISSUED. If further action is required, you agree to pay all court costs, attorney fees, and any other reasonable expenses incurred. We conduct all transactions in good faith and fair dealing.

EVALUATION, DAMAGE, AND FRAUD POLICY: You may have our items evaluated by a reputable “Merchant” using non-destructive methods recognized in the industry. If an evaluation materially contradicts our description, it must be provided in writing on the merchant's letterhead which also includes a clear image of the merchandise evaluated, the tools and methods used, and the credentials of the person writing the report. A copy of this report, must be uploaded to the eBay website and provided to the seller upon request.

A merchant under the UCC is defined as someone who deals in goods of the kind or holds themselves out as having specialized knowledge or skill in the goods involved. Materiality means something significantly different from our description, not subjective factors like price.

Failure to provide such documentation will result in no refund being issued.

There is a reasonable expectation that the Buyer of the merchandise will document any damage to the merchandise, including several clear images from different angles, and upload those images to eBay within three days of receiving the merchandise. In cases of fraud, such as merchandise missing from the packaging, the recipient is expected to report the incident to local law enforcement and make a written police report within fifteen business days. A copy of this report, along with the report number, must be uploaded to the eBay website and provided to the seller upon request. If the buyer fails to provide this information within fifteen business days, but in no case more than thirty days from the date of receipt, the buyer will have waived and indemnified the seller of any further obligations, and no refund shall be issued.

CHOICE OF LAW: By purchasing this item, the buyer agrees that this purchase represents a binding contract and that this Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of the State of Montana.
