Medium tank M3 Lee Mk.1 by Hasegawa in 1/72 scale

Sealed NIB unassembled model kit

Hasegawa’s classic 1/72 scale M3 Lee Mk.I, the distinctive American medium tank from early WWII with its tall silhouette, sponson-mounted 75mm gun, and turreted 37mm gun, used by U.S., British Commonwealth, and Soviet forces in North Africa, the Pacific, and the Eastern Front before being largely replaced by the M4 Sherman.

Fully factory sealed and unopened. Shrink-wrap is intact with no holes, tears, or looseness. The box is in like-new condition: bright colors, sharp corners, no dents, fading, crushing, or edge wear.

This is the 2009 reboxing of Hasegawa’s original 1973 tooling: one of the earliest and most enduring 1/72 armor kits. It features raised panel lines, vinyl tracks, a basic interior (commander figure, gun breech), and decals for multiple Allied schemes (typically British 8th Army in desert camouflage or U.S. markings). While dated by modern standards (no individual links or fine detail), the proportions are solid, assembly is straightforward, and it remains a favorite for quick builds, wargaming, or dioramas, especially since 1/72 armor allows easy scene-building with aircraft, figures, and other vehicles.

Sealed examples of this older Hasegawa M3 Lee are increasingly hard to find in this shape; a great opportunity for 1/72 armor collectors, WWII enthusiasts, or anyone wanting a sealed time capsule ready for your stash or future diorama.
