• While we take the utmost care in securing shipments, we are not liable for damage or loss during transit. However, we will assist in investigating lost packages with USPS.

Returns Policy:

• Refunds are issued for the product cost only; shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Items listed as Brand New or Unopened must be returned in their original, factory-sealed condition.
• Opened, tampered-with, or altered products are not eligible for return.
• Minor shelf wear on packaging does not qualify for returns.

To maintain our standards of integrity, we reserve the right to deny returns based on buyer feedback ratings:

• 100 or lower: No returns on items valued at $50 or more.
• 200 or lower: No returns on items valued at $150 or more.

Additional Return Policies:

• Once an order is shipped, any cancellation or return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final purchase price.
