This 7 Ring Executive Business Check Binder is absolutely new. We simply don't use this size any more. (First & 2nd photos.)

Second binder (3rd & 4th photos), was gently used. It has a little bit of missing black on the back corner, as shown in pic.

Both organize your 9" x 13" sheets of 3 checks/page, with up to 600 checks capacity. The 1-inch ring size and black color give them a professional look.  

The second, free binder makes the package a bit heavier, thus the slightly higher postage.
