Only a couple of things kept this one out of the VG rating. There a crease on the front cover in the lower right. There should be a good photo of that.  Then there a 3/4 inch tear in the back cover at the very bottom middle. Outside of those two things, it would have been VG or maybe even Very Fine. There's very little wear along the edges, no other wrinkles or crushed corners and very little yellowing or discoloring compared to most 12-cent comics this age.
