Product description

User Guide

  • How to place the filament into SH01?

    Place the filament into the filament outlet. Please note that the direction is placed counterclockwise so that the pulley at the bottom can feed better.

  • What can you do if you have E0 or E1 error?

    If the screen displays E0 or E1, please open the drying box and check all the cable sockets on the motherboard to see if they are damaged or loose. If there is any problem, please feel free to let us know. We will send replacement for you.

  • Compared to common PLA filamemt, is there anything need to know when you dry silk filament with SH01?

    Drying silk filaments at too high temperature will make them to melt and stick together. The recommended drying temperature is 45 degrees Celsius for 2 hours.
