We at OR24.de offer you the best prices and guarantee that you will not find the wheels and rims presented by us, whether summer or winter tyres, cheaper anywhere else at the same time, not even directly from the respective manufacturer, in retail stores or other online shops.

If you have purchased a set of rims or tyres in our shop, but find a cheaper offer (not private sale!) with identical conditions elsewhere within 48 hours, we will refund you the difference.

Requirements for the Lowest Price Guarantee:

• You have made a purchase via the eBay shop or in the online shop of Original Räder and you have your invoice.
• You find a cheaper offer from a commercial dealer (not private sale!) within 48 hours after purchase via OR24.de.
• The offer was aimed at end consumers and referred to individual goods. There were also no quantity discounts from competitors.
• The available purchase offer is publicly accessible and was not based on special conditions, special offers, stock and/or clearance sales, individually negotiated special prices and obviously incorrect offers (e.g. recognisable typing errors).
• The cheaper offer is actually orderable, i.e. it is not an incorrect representation.
• The item had the same availability or delivery time at the competitor.
• There are no differences in the cheap offer compared to ours, such as the age of the tyres and rims, type of tyres, tyre brand and condition of the rims and tyres. There must also be no differences in the final prices, i.e. the prices including all additional costs (VAT, shipping and delivery costs).

We offer you our free tyre warranty when purchasing tyres with a minimum tread depth of 4 mm and an age of less than four years from the date of manufacture (DOT number).

Conditions for the tyre warranty

1. Subject of the tyre warranty

1.1. The tyre warranty covers exclusively the tyres listed on the sales invoices of Original Räder GmbH, provided they are sold with a minimum tread depth of 4 mm and an age of less than four years from the date of manufacture (DOT number) and Original Räder GmbH expressly grants a tyre warranty at the time of sale. The tyre warranty expressly does not relate to rims or other wheel parts, such as fastenings, suspensions, brakes, etc., but only to the pure tyre.

1.2. The tyre warranty is granted free of charge.

1.3. There is no entitlement to the granting of the tyre warranty when purchasing a tyre at Original Räder GmbH. The tyre warranty therefore only arises if it is expressly granted and awarded when purchasing at Original Räder GmbH together with the sold complete wheel set.

2. Scope of the tyre warranty

2.1. From the tyre warranty, the entitled person receives in the event of an unforeseen tyre breakdown caused by external influence (this exclusively includes tyre damage as a result of driving over/against an object (including kerb), entry of a sharp object and tyre burst) the following services:

a) a repair, i.e. restoration of the damaged tyre is possible:

(1) If the repair is carried out by Original Räder GmbH:

Credit for the repair costs incurred for remedying the damage to the tyre up to a maximum of €100 including VAT. There is in no case an entitlement to payment of a cash amount, so if the repair costs less than €100, only the repair costs are credited

(2) If the repair is not carried out by Original Räder GmbH:

Credit on the original purchase price of the damaged tyre (sales invoice of Original Räder GmbH) in the amount of the repair costs incurred for the repair of the damaged tyre up to a maximum of €100 including VAT. The payment of the amount to be credited to the entitled person depends on the submission and sending of the repair invoice of the repair shop with receipt note by the entitled person at Original Räder GmbH.

b) a repair, i.e. restoration of the damaged tyre is not possible:

Credit of a cash amount in the amount of the value resulting from the following table per damaged tyre, graduated according to tread depth and age of the tyre (in relation to its date of manufacture - DOT number), in total however maximum €500 on the purchase price for a new tyre at Original Räder GmbH:

• over 7.9 mm remaining tread at the time of damage: 100% of the purchase price of the old tyre, maximum 12 months old
• over 7.0 mm remaining tread at the time of damage: 80% of the purchase price of the old tyre, maximum 24 months old
• over 6.0 mm remaining tread at the time of damage: 60% of the purchase price of the old tyre, maximum 36 months old
• over 5.0 mm remaining tread at the time of damage: 40% of the purchase price of the old tyre, maximum 48 months old
• over 4.0 mm remaining tread at the time of damage: 20% of the purchase price of the old tyre, maximum 60 months old

2.2. A further prerequisite for a warranty service according to section 2.1.b) is that in the event of irreparable damage to the old tyre, a new similar tyre (same model) is purchased and obtained exclusively at Original Räder GmbH. In this case (purchase of new tyres), the cash amount to be refunded according to section 2.1.b) will be credited or set off against the purchase price for the new tyre(s). In this case (purchase of new tyres), the offsetting and credit are made exclusively on the purchase price for the tyre, not on any additionally commissioned or invoiced services such as installation costs, delivery costs, etc. There is in no case an entitlement to payment of the credit amount to the entitled person, even if the credit amount calculated according to the above table (section 2.1.b) should be higher than the purchase price for the new tyre(s).

2.3. All services from the tyre warranty always relate only to the tyre(s) damaged by a warranty event, but not to undamaged tyres, even if these are on the same axle and/or must also be replaced due to a different tread depth resulting from repair or replacement.

2.4. Services from the tyre warranty are excluded in the following cases:

• Tyre damage when using the vehicle by unauthorised driver
• intentionally caused tyre damage
• Tyre damage due to war, war-like events, civil war, revolution, rebellion, uprising or provisions by higher authority, due to internal unrest, due to earthquakes, nuclear energy, nuclear radiation or radioactive substances
• Tyre damage due to design, manufacturing or material defects
• Tyre damage due to normal usage-related or premature usage-related wear or ageing or contamination
• Tyre damage, insofar as a third party as supplier (manufacturer or dealer/specialist), contractor or from repair order has to be liable for it
• Tyre damage that the manufacturer or the specialist assumes within the framework of the warranty or service
• Tyre damage due to weather influences
• Tyre damage that occurs during tyre fitting time
• Tyre damage or loss due to theft
• Tyre damage or loss due to vandalism

2.5. The services from the tyre warranty are limited to the services mentioned in section 2.1.

2.6. The services from the tyre warranty become due when the determinations of Original Räder GmbH on the service prerequisites of the tyre warranty and on the service amount are completed and the entitled person has submitted and provided all necessary evidence for this (in particular, a purchase receipt for the tyres sold with a tyre warranty) and has answered all questions necessary in the context of determining the service prerequisites and provided information. In this context, the entitled person is in particular obliged to notify Original Räder GmbH immediately of any tyre damage, keep the damaged tyre until inspection and assessment by Original Räder GmbH and make it available to Original Räder GmbH on request for inspection and assessment, document the damage pattern as comprehensibly as possible, in particular through photographs, immediately provide all information necessary for determining the service prerequisites of the tyre warranty, as well as permit any investigation into the cause of the tyre damage and the question of whether a repair of the damage is possible.

If the entitled person does not comply with these obligations, the warranty services will not become due. In this case, Original Räder GmbH has the option of setting the entitled person a reasonable deadline for carrying out the outstanding actions, combined with the notice that the warranty services will expire if the set deadline passes without the entitled person having fulfilled the obligations incumbent upon them. If the entitled person does not fulfil the obligations incumbent upon them within the deadline despite setting the deadline and notice, the warranty services for the affected warranty case expire.

3. Entitled person of the tyre warranty

The entitled person of the tyre warranty and sole authorised person with regard to the services granted from the tyre warranty is the contractual partner of Original Räder GmbH when acquiring the tyre sold together with a tyre warranty.

The tyre warranty and the warranty claims are not transferable. The claims to the services from the tyre warranty cannot be assigned.

4. Warranty duration

The tyre warranty has a term of one year, starting with the date of the purchase receipt of the tyre sold with a tyre warranty. An extension of the tyre warranty is excluded. The tyre warranty expires automatically after one year.
