This is a Newco Coffee tea and coffee brewer. Please refer to the technical specifications in the listing for more information.

We have inspected this item and it powers on. We do not have the capability to test the unit any further. It is missing the container and also some screws for the back panel. There are also some cosmetic scuffs and scratches throughout the unit. Please refer to the photos for more information.

This unit only includes what is photographed in the listing.

These items are being sold AS-IS for parts only.  We will not accept any returns.  The item only includes items that are in the photographs.  Do not assume any parts that are hidden are included because they most likely are not.

The shipping option you are presented for this item was chosen based on appropriate options (weight, box dimensions, contents). We reserve the right to choose the method that best suits our needs, even though we may be taking a hit on shipping costs. We prefer to ship FedEX Freight to a commercial address or to the local freight terminal for pickup.  Our choice of shipping method is non-negotiable.

The flat freight rate we show in our listings are based on the assumptions that the buyer is in the lower 48 states, and meets one of these criteria:

1) is a commercial site with a dock
2) is a commercial site with the capability of taking the item off the freight trailer with your own labor.
3) are willing to pick it up yourself at the local FedEx freight terminal within 2 business days of the item arriving at the terminal (this option is open to both commercial and residential consumers and is also the default selection for a buyer that submits a residential address for shipping).

If the item is to be delivered to a residence, a smaller truck with a liftgate will be required, and these services require added fees. Please ask for a manual invoice to cover the cost of a delivery truck with a lift gate if you wish residential service. If you provide a residentail address and we do not hear from you, we will assume you wish to have it shipped to the nearest FedEx Freight terminal for you to pickup within 2 business days of the item's arrival at the terminal.

If you place an order, submit a residential address and insist on residential shipping but refuse to pay for it since it is an additional charge, we will have to ship the item to the local FedEx Freight (different than Ground or FedEx Stores) terminal for you to pick up since that is the service that would have been selected based on your payment unless you specifically request to cancel the order prior to us shipping the item.  We attempt to ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving payment.  If you refuse to pickup the item, FedEx will return the item to us and we will treat it as a buyer's remorse return and you will only be refunded the purchase price amount less any shipping charges related to sending the item to the terminal and it's return to us.

These terms are non-negotiable.

Local Pickup - All of our items are located in Oregon, IL:

 We offer local pickup for all orders with the following conditions:

1) Item must be picked up and signed for by the buyer listed on the account
2) Item must be paid for prior to picking up, unless paying with exact change cash in which case you should choose pay on pickup during checkout
3) Item will be ready for pickup within 1 business day of paying for the item - Items are not immediately ready for pickup
4) We are open M-F from 9-4 for pickups by appointment - Please message us through eBay letting us know what day and time you would like to pickup to ensure we are here to assist you.
5) All items must be picked up within 5 business days of paying for the item.  If an item is not picked up within the time period the order will be cancelled and a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.

Instructions for Pickup by someone other than buyer on account:

In order to have someone else pick up your items via Local Pickup on your behalf, we will need the following items to be completed.  We cannot allow that person to pickup until all these items are received in their entirety.

1) Full Name and Driver's License Number of person coming
2) Notarized letter stating: 

"I, (name on buyer account) , agree to allow (driver's full name) to pickup on my behalf.  I also understand that I am waiving my rights to any and all returns of this item for any reason.  My driver will be 100% responsible for the item after it is signed for and released to him/her.  If I have any issues with the item when I receive it, I will hold my driver 100% responsible and will not leave any negative feedback or attempt to return the item to the seller for any reason"

3) Scheduled Appointment with specific date and time for pickup

4) Driver will need to present valid driver's license upon arrival

Other Shipping Policies:

We do not offer the ability to use your own account or to ship outside of our preferred carrier.

We will accept PayPal or exact change cash on pickup. If you wish to pick the item up at our warehouse, located in Oregon, IL, you are welcome to do so, please just select "Local Pickup" at checkout..
