All orders are fully insured. If your item arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and provide clear photos of the item and the box (inside and out). These are required to process an insurance claim. Per store policy, refunds or replacements are issued only after sufficient documentation is received and the claim is processed. If the carrier requires a physical inspection, the item must be made available to them before a refund is issued or a replacement is sent.
