Outlet Grading
We are committed to sustainability as one of our core beliefs, we have extended this to returned/flawed products as they are still fit for purpose. We have come up with a grading system as follows;
Tier 1 - New (defect): The bedding item is brand new but have small flaws, meaning they failed our in-house quality control. The flaws include small marks and weaving faults in the fabric and are sold at a large discount.
Tier 2 - Uséd (Excellent): The bedding item has been washed and may also have been gently uséd, but remains in excellent condition overall. It may have minor signs of use, but it's still perfectly comfortable and fully functional.
Tier 3 - Uséd (Good): The bedding item has been moderately uséd and may have some noticeable signs of wear, such as mild fading, small marks, or minor pilling. However it's still in good useable condition and ready to provide you with a comfortable night's sleep.
Tier 4 - Uséd (Fair): The bedding item has been heavily uséd and may exhibit significant signs of wear and tear, such as noticeable fading, marks, or pilling. However it's still useable, with no major defects that affect it's functionality.
