These items have been obtained at a local auction house from a private collector of nautical items.

Binder marked TSS Lotharingia.

The items have been hand signed by the naval office and are the original documents

included are two hand written technical drawings and blueprint 

Also there is a Tender documentation containing specifications relating to the ship hull and machinery ect
