FABRIC

All fabric is new or vintage new, never washed. Sizes are within an inch or so. I purchase large destashes of fabric by the pound for resell. I do my best to describe as accurately as possible. Feel free to message me w/ anything in particular you are looking for & I will be happy to look through my inventory, I have a lot that is not listed as of yet. Available yardage on bolts is a close estimation. If shipping seems high please message me & I will double check it. I will combine shipping on fabric & adjust shipping on bty fabric & refund difference.



PLEASE NOTE: I source items from multiple sources, business liquidations, individual consignors, estate items, storage unit finds, outlets, & more, so in order to be sure that all of these items are pest and odor free I use an ozone generator in my shop. The ozone generator eliminates any odor at its source as well as any pests. If you receive an item and notice any type of odor,the ozone generator itself can leave a slight smell however it usually dissipates within four hours of the treatment & if it hasn't it will shortly thereafter, it does not create any type of residue & is not harmful.

RETURNS

I will accept returns if an item is not as described or if the wrong item was shipped, I will not accept returns due to someone changing their mind for reasons out of my control. I want my customers to be happy with their items & if there are any issues please just message me.
