All items at Second_chance_jewelry are graded/described by the following condition chart:

-New: An item with no visible signs of handling; Item may include packaging/boxes or may be opened).

-Like new: Item may show minor signs of handling/age/tarnish/wear. Item appears near new.

-Very Good: Item may show light to normal signs of handling/age/tarnish/wear.

-Good: Item may show normal to moderate signs of handling/age/tarnish/wear.

-Acceptable: Item shows heavy signs of handling/age/tarnish/wear.

All items are shipped with usps ground advantage by weight of package. Items are wrapped with bubble wrap, padded with recycled cardboard, and finally placed in a poly mailer (or box if necessary). Lot or set items are often bundled together. Second_chance_jewelry reserves the right to add or remove packaging for any item if found necessary, but the vast majority of our items will come in shipping materials as described above.

BUY IT NOW LISTINGS: -Gold and precious metal return policy: Second_chance_jewelry allows returns on gold/precious metal (10k-24k) and items valued at $100 or more within 14 days of purchase, however, purchaser is responsible for shipping charges (to their door and back to return address + applicable signature services and/or insurance (for some packages that require)) which will be reflected in return amount. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.
