Not 100% sure on the size because there are no labels, but I think it might be a boys 10/12. Measure your favorite fitting coat and compare with these measurements to ensure proper sizing:
Shoulder to Shoulder 14”
Neck to bottom hem 21”
Has pockets and a hood.
