What a stunning hat! It is a pillbox type wool/felt hat with marabou feathers and a black velvet bow in the front. It is 21 3/4" in circumference and 7" in height. The bow in front is 4" long and wide. The inside is a wool/felt fabric and in excellent condition. The hat has no rips, tears, stains, shedding or odors and is from a smoke-free environment. The label inside indicates that it was union made in the USA.
