Coin Book, David Akers "Double Eagles", Volume VI. Published in 1982, this book remains one of the most important reference for this series. Akers knew more about US gold coins than just about anyone and his rarity estimates and analyses have withstood the test of time. This book list auction records for every U.S. Double Eagle ($20) gold coins. In decent shape with no pencil or ink notations inside. Light wear on the covers but with disturbed upper corners. Not perfect but a phenomenal reference book.
