We do our best to pick and pack orders everyday, and in rare cases where your order has not arrived in the specified timeframe, we kindly ask that you allow up to 10 days from the dispatch date before contacting us (if sent standard post) More often than not your order will still arrive it is just an issue with Royal Mail and we can only apologies for the delay and thank you for your patience.
International Post -
International standard post can take upto 30 days and does not include Tracking. For this reason we recommend international buyers select Tracked as their delivery Service.
If your order is duplicating the delivery charge (this happens when purchasing from multiple lots) please contact us so we can agree a price and provide a refund after checkout. International Buyers should also order from ebay.co.uk to make use of any of our advertised promotions.
