Features:

Arduino Mega 2560
Description:
1. IO for arduino MEGA officially 5 V, TFT lcd uses 3.3 V IO. This CTE TFT lcd / SD shield for arduino MEGA provides connection to the TFT lcd module directly without flying wires.
2. The shield uses true 5 V to 3.3 V level transfer IC, so it is compatible with many TFT LCD modules. Compatibility is the highest compared to conventional thin-film protections that use resistors or a buffer to "shift" 5 V to 3.3 V. Compatibility problems can arise when using this method to translate the input-output level to 3.3 V, especially at high write speed
3. The screen fits two types of pinout LCD TFT module:
(1) 40 pin lcd version, which is usually used in the previous version of the TFT mega-shield for Arduino MEGA 2560
(2) 32 pin version LCD display which is commonly used in STM32 Development Board (unsoldered)
4. For Arduino, the MEGA 3.3 V is 150 mA, the output may not be enough to drive a larger screen (for example, 7 ", 5" LCD modules). Thus, this shield has a built-in regulator 1A 3.3 V to supply enough current to the screen.
