Our 1K Etch Primer Paint is a high-performance, one-component primer designed for a multitude of surfaces. 

It provides optimal adhesion and durability on aluminium, galvanised steel, and other ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

With colour options including white, black, and light grey, this primer blends seamlessly into your project, providing a strong base for further painting or finishing. Ideal as a pre-treatment primer, it ensures surfaces are receptive to subsequent layers, guaranteeing long-lasting results.

Its one-component (1K) formula makes it easy to apply without mixing multiple components, perfect for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts. Particularly effective for automotive applications, it prepares vehicle panels and other metal surfaces for topcoat finishes.

Preparation

• Ensure The Surface Is Clean, Dry, And Free From Oil, Grease, And Rust

• Remove Any Flaking Paint Or Corrosion By Sanding To Create A Smooth Surface

• For Optimal Adhesion And Protection, Clean Surface Thoroughly Before Application

Application

• Apply Using Brush, Roller, Or Spray Equipment Depending On Project Size

• Stir Primer Thoroughly Before And During Use

• Apply Evenly In Thin Coats For Best Coverage

• Allow Sufficient Drying Time Between Coats

Drying & Curing

• Touch Dry: Approximately 10 Minutes

• Overcoating Time: 60 Minutes

• Full Cure: Allow 24 Hours Before Applying Topcoat Or Heavy Handling
