We guarantee the card will meet the listed condition or better. Graded cards always ship as shown in the photos. Do not purchase if you do not agree with this practice.

We're happy to accept returns (when allowed) and issue refunds should something not match eBay's condition criteria as stated in the listing.

Grading & Condition

• We do not guarantee subgrades, cross-grades, or regrade potential. We do not guarantee the condition of graded slabs, graded cards are used items, and we make no representation, guarantee, or warranty as to the condition of the case. Cases will not always be free from chipping, scratches, or other blemishes.
• Raw (ungraded) cards are sold as-is.

Shipping & Handling

We ship safely and fast from California using USPS Ground Advantage or FedEx Ground. Rates vary slightly by region to reflect actual postage and materials costs.

• eBay Standard Envelope (ESE) eligible items ship in protective envelopes with sleeves + Card Saver I style semi rigids. If you do not want your card to ship in a semi rigid, you must upgrade your shipping.

Toploader & One-Touch Policy: Bulk orders of ungraded singles may not include toploaders in order to meet weight and ESE eligibility. One-touches or other cases are NOT included with your item. Do not bid or buy if you expect to receive anything other than the card promised.

Combined Shipping

• If you make separate purchases, we cannot guarantee you'll receiving shipping discounts for combining items. They will be treated as separate orders.
• Your items will ship starting at the highest shipping cost of any item in the combined order, for example, if you order a $100 graded card and multiple free-shipping raw cards, your order will ship combined at the cost of shipping the $100 card.
