eBay will combine postal charges for multiple purchases providing you use the ‘Shopping Basket / Cart’ facility and select all items before payment is made. For large multiple orders, we are happy to provide a quote for shipping costs on enquiry.

We take care with our dispatch, with each item wrapped in soft tissue or bubble protection and then packed in a carton box; secure plastic envelope, or heavy-duty paper envelope to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition.

All items are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked in the UK and by your choice of Royal Mail Standard or Tracked delivery overseas. In all cases tracking / proof of postage references will be appended to the eBay record. If you require quicker delivery than afforded by regular postal services, we are happy to obtain quotes for other private carriers.

Returns are subject to eBay policy but generally can be only accepted if the goods are deemed faulty, the listing is incorrect or wrong size. We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt. They can be returned providing they are in original packaging and are in ‘as received’ condition with tags/labels in place. Returns are best handled through the eBay procedure in place. When the item is returned in satisfactory condition, we will cancel the order and process a full refund. If you have changed your mind and returned an item, postal charges are non-refundable. For safety and hygiene reasons, there are NO RETURNS on cosmetic, lingerie, swimwear, underwear, socks and hats.
