Q: Will this find cameras that are turned off?
A: Yes. The IR lens finder detects the camera lens itself by reflection — doesn't matter if the camera is on, off, wired, or recording to SD. If there's a lens, it reflects.
Q: Will this find a GPS tracker that's not transmitting?
A: Yes. Most GPS trackers sleep between location pings to save battery — RF detection misses them. The magnetic probe finds the magnet mount whether it's transmitting or not.
Q: Will it detect my own WiFi and phone?
A: Yes — it detects all RF signals. Turn off your own devices before sweeping, or move away from them. The goal is finding signals that shouldn't be there.
Q: How long does a room sweep take?
A: 10-15 minutes for thorough coverage. RF sweep for transmitters, magnetic probe for trackers (if checking a vehicle), lens finder for cameras. 20-hour battery handles multiple locations.
Q: Is this legal to use?
