Oak Leaf Auto Salvage is a small family run business with only a handful of employees. We strive to always keep our customers happy and we take pride in our work. We are here Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. We are closed on all major holidays and weekends. Any messages we receive after business hours, will be responded too as soon as we are back in the office. If you happen to have any issues with a part you purchased, please send us a message and we will try our absolute best to handle the situation in a helpful manner.

We are happy to verify fitment for you prior to purchase via your vehicle’s VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).

Please NOTE that some modules / ECU's and so forth will need reprogramming. Please be sure to match your part numbers as well as read all INFO that is stated in the listing. We will try our best to answer any questions in a timely manner. If you have any questions about a part please contact us BEFORE purchasing. 

If the item you are looking at is painted and you are unsure if it will match the color of your vehicle, please contact us before purchasing. We can help figure out your color code and make sure it matches. Vehicles and parts that are painted at different times and in different assembly plants will never be a perfect match.

Parts Grading
A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.

A Grade - The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
B Grade - The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade - The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
No Grade - A part that has not yet been graded.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through eBay. We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.

Items are shipped after receiving cleared payment. We ship to US addresses within the continental 48 states. Shipping to AK, HI, PO Box, APO, FPO & US Protectorates: please contact first as we may be able to arrange shipping for an additional charge (depending on the part). Freight items must have a commercial address and part fitment must be verified via VIN prior to shipment.

International orders are shipped via eBay’s Global Shipping Program.

Any orders that are purchased using the wrong shipping address, will need to be cancelled and repurchased. We cannot change any addresses once the order has been placed. Please verify your shipping address before ordering. 

All parts must be returned in their original condition to receive full credit. Buyer is responsible for paying for the return shipping, eBay should help you with the label. Details regarding timeframe as well as payment for return shipping are outlined in the return section at the top of each individual eBay listing. Please message us with questions.

All of our parts have been tested and are in good working condition. If there are any issues with the part we will do our best to disclose this to you in the item description.

Please keep in mind all of our parts are used, so normal wear can be expected. Any excessive wear will be disclosed in the item description.

Starters, generators, alternators guaranteed to work at time of purchase. There is no responsibility for improper installation, faulty voltage regulator, or poor electrical connections by customers.

Radiators and heaters are guaranteed not to leak at time of purchase.
