Air Suspension Compressor Assembly Removal:
1.To avoid the possibility of short circuits while working with electric components consult your owner's manual on how to disconnect your battery.
2.Consult your vehicle owner's manual, service manual, or car dealer for the correct jacking points on your vehicle and for additional care, safety and maintenance instructions. Under no circumstances should any work be completed underneath the vehicle if it is not adequately supported, as serious injuries and death can occur.
1.Set the steering to straight ahead.
2.Raise the vehicle.
3.Remove protective shroud from under the rear of the vehicle to access the compressor.
4.Disconnect the three(3)electrical connectors from the valve block and compressor assembly.
5.Disconnect the rubber intake hose.
6.Disconnect the red and blue air lines from the valve block(note:Black line does not have to be disconnected).
7.Remove the four(4)outer mounting nuts that secure the compressor bracket assembly to the vehicle.
8.Remove the entire compressor assembly from the vehicle.
Air Suspension Compressor Removal:
1.Remove the air line from the compressor.
2.Remove the air line fitting from the air hose by sliding the threaded portion up the line and spreading the collet open. Slide the air fitting off the air line.
3.Remove the three(3)torx screws that secure the mounting bracket to the compressor.
Air Suspension Compressor Assembly Installation:
1.Install the air compressor assembly into the vehicle using the factory mounting hardware.
2.Remove plug and insert intake hose.
3.Reattach the red(upper)and blue(lower)air lines.
4.Reconnect all three(3)electrical plugs and clip the power plug into the bracket.
5.Replace the protective shroud over the compressor. Installation complete.
