Apply a thin layer of whitening gel, about 0.5-1ml in total to cover both mouth trays and spread evenly

 Insert the bottom tray first, then the top tray over teeth

If you are using a LED light, turn it on and place it under your lips (so you don't have to hold it)

The gels work without a light, but better results can be achieved with a light

Wear the trays for 30-40 minutes daily after a meal.

Ensure your gums are free from gel to minimize the  possibility of irritation.

After treatment is complete rinse out the mouth trays and allow to dry, refrigerate the syringes
