Toby is the No. 7 brown tram engine. He’s square – old-fashioned both in looks and nature. Toby’s always happy to work and is usually found on the Quarry line with his faithful coach, Henrietta. Sir Topham Hatt brought Toby to his railway to help out with Thomas' branch line. Toby is based on a steam driven 0-6-0 tram engine.  Bachmann carefully reproduces your favorite Thomas & Friends™ characters in HO scale.  All locomotives feature realistic faces with moving eyes, operating HO scale electric drive mechanisms,  highly detailed plastic body shells, all-metal wheels, and international-style hook-and-loop couplers.
