Goods purchased for delivery in the UK will be dispatched up to 4 O' Clock the same day. The goods will be shipped via DPD or DHL services.
Collection may be arranged with us but you must give us notice of your intention to collect.
Deliveries to the EC we will dispatch the same day as the order by 4 O' Clock the same day. Delivery times to the member states can be found on our website. Please bear in mind that services are currently disrupted by Brexit and the current pandemic situation.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands will need to contact us for a shipping rate.

We cannot accept liability for items delivered by courier that are not received in time.

Most starter motors and alternators have a part number on a label on the side of the unit or the part number stamped or engraved on the unit. A list of the compatible part numbers is listed with the E Bay listing.
If you cannot identify the unit you have you can send us images front (gear or pulley end), side and rear (connection end) with system voltage and any other applicational details and we will identify the unit for you.
When you receive your order please check that they are suitable for you application. If the goods are incorrect you must return them to us within 14 days at your cost in its original packaging. They must not have been fitted to the vehicle and must be in the condition it was received in. Goods returned after this date are liable for a 15% restocking fee.
DFJ cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses which arise from the use of products supplied by us in any way. We are not be liable for any labor claims which may arise for fitting any faulty goods.
