POSTAGE DETAILS

We do our best to dispatch item within two working days after receiving a payment. After dispatch, tracking ID is added as soon as possible (most likely within 12 hours).  We use Lithuanian Mail international postage services (Lietuvos pastas), all of our items dispatched through there, unless we make a deal differently.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

If you want it posted to non-Europe Union countries, the customer is responsible for paying any import and/or export fees associated with shipping the item, which can include incoming duty, outgoing duty.

To UK and Europe packages are mainly delivered between 3-10 working days. Postage worldwide takes variously, oversea shipping to countries such as New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brazil, Chile takes 20-35 days, to reach it to USA it takes 7-21 days, so do not expect it much sooner. 

All our items are sent securely packaged to avoid against breakage or damage.

RETURN POLICIES

• It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.
• Items listed for sale as 'for parts not working' are not returnable.
• The item has to be returned in an original condition and well packed.
• If item has arrived damaged to you, you have to provide us a pictures of it, if you are willing to return/ask for a refund.
• PLEASE NOTE: all dispatched items are marked to avoid dishonest buyers (marking has to be not damaged when returning).
• We test all returned items. The refund will be issued once the item has been received and verified as faulty.
• Returns are accepted only 14 days after receiving the item.
• When buying you accept our return & payment & postage policies.
