The only page this book is missing is the the very first page with the dates and printing information. The very last page of the index is there but not in rings. Book is in excellent condition other than the first page missing and the last index page out of the rings the binder has a split in the front. If you look at pictures, you’ll see other than that. It’s in great shape.
