September 1977 issue of Reader's Digest with the cover story "All About Star Wars" and with the classic original Star Wars art. The article is basically a story on how Star Wars was made which, at the time, would have been an introduction to many new technologies in cinematic special effects. Great little collectable piece and discover the media reaction and reporting on the new cultural phenom of Star Wars!

This issue also contains an interesting article on Jim Henson's Muppets. Kind of ironic that George Lucas and Jim Henson are in this one issue as Jim Henson would be a great asset for The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. The two became great friends, shared production crews, and regularly collaborated, including a collaboration to produce The Labyrinth.

Approx. 5-1/4" x 7-1/2" with 234 pages with many other enjoyable articles, vintage ads, and a sex test!

Condition: Good condition, especially when considering its age - it has the typical wear that you would expect an old magazine to have - read a few times and stored away. So, some minor blemishes and wear but still looks good.
